1. RETURNS:

Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
- All items discounted at 50% off or more are marked as final sale, and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, and must have all tags attached.
- For hygiene and health and safety reasons, all swimwear and beauty product sales are final. No returns will be allowed.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors.
- Any returns must be made at your own cost. Please obtain proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.
If you receive a faulty item, please get in touch with our Customer Service within 15 days. For our Resistance Bands products, we offer a 30-day warranty. In the unlikely event of defects in the product’s materials or manufacturing, please contact our customer service team.
We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasion it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this for you.
As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.

International shipping to Australia, New Zealand, UK and Western Europe is now available. International shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. Free international delivery to these locations is available for orders over $150.**
