Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping for U.S. orders over $70 and for international orders to the UK and Western Europe over $150.*

Once dispatched, shipping generally takes 5-7 business days. Please note, during holidays or sale periods, there may be delays due to high order volumes.

Yes, we currently ship to the UK and Western Europe. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada, Australia, or New Zealand at this time.

International packages may be subject to duties and taxes determined by your local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds FAQs

You can return items within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and beauty products are non-returnable. Items discounted at 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please contact our Customer Service within 15 days for a faulty item. For Resistance Bands, we offer a 30-day warranty for material or manufacturing defects. Proof of the defect may be required.

Refunds may take up to 21 days to process after we receive your returned item(s). If you don’t receive your refund within 30 days, please contact us with proof of postage.

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend obtaining proof of postage in case your return gets lost during transit.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. You can return your item for a refund and place a new order.

International Orders FAQs

International customers must contact us before returning items. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed at the same exchange rate from the time of purchase and will not include customs, tariffs, or taxes.

Yes, you may be charged a U.S. Customs fee to return the product to the U.S. Please consider this when processing your return.
